Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item, in accordance with consumer protection laws. This applies to all products purchased from our online store, unless the item is custom-made, personalized, or exempt by law.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must:
- 1. Contact us at post@james-ministry.no or via our withdrawal form included with the order confirmation.
- 2. Provide your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
- 3. Return the item in its original packaging and in the same condition as when you received it.
Returns & Shipping
- • The customer normally bears the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective, damaged, or sent in error.
- • The item must be returned with all labels and original packaging intact.
- • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the item’s safe return.
Refunds
- • We will refund the purchase price within 14 days after we have received the item and confirmed it is in an acceptable condition.
- • Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- • Custom-made or personalized products
- • Items that deteriorate rapidly, e.g., food or cosmetics
- • Digital products delivered electronically once activated
